Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between your business and CallCatchr when you use our AI receptionist. By creating an account you agree to them. We've tried to keep them short and plain.
Who we are
CallCatchr is operated by Anthony Dam, ABN 29 305 414 570, based in Victoria, Australia ("we", "us"). Contact us at contact@callcatchr.com.
The service
CallCatchr gives your business AI phone numbers. When you forward missed calls to them, our AI assistant answers, tells the caller it is an AI assistant for your business, collects their details, and can book jobs into connected calendars and send you a summary. We keep improving the service, so features may change over time.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give us accurate information, and keep your business setup (services, prices, hours and policies) up to date. The AI relies on it.
Your responsibilities
- Only forward phones that you, or your team member with their agreement, are allowed to forward.
- Only connect a team member's calendar with their permission.
- Follow the laws that apply to you, including privacy, call recording, consumer and marketing laws. The AI tells callers it is an AI and that the call may be recorded, but you are responsible for any extra notices your business needs.
- Don't use CallCatchr for anything illegal, harmful, misleading or abusive, or to send spam.
- Don't try to break, overload, copy or get around the security of the service.
What the AI does and doesn't do
The AI only quotes prices you have entered, only offers times that are free in a connected calendar, and takes a message when it's unsure. Even so, AI can mishear or make mistakes. Please check job details and bookings, and call customers back where needed. CallCatchr is not an emergency service: it tells callers in danger to hang up and call their local emergency number.
Plans, payment and cancelling
- Prices, what's included and the first-month offer are shown on our pricing section and at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.
- Plans renew monthly on your billing date until you cancel. We email you a reminder before your first full-price payment.
- We never charge you for anything you haven't agreed to. Top-ups and extra phones are only charged if you choose them.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your service keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. After that the AI stops answering and your AI phone numbers are released after 7 days.
- Unused calls or minutes don't roll over to the next month.
- Payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
- Each plan has usage limits and spending caps to protect you and us from spam callers and unexpected costs. If you reach a limit, the AI may stop answering until the next month or until you top up.
Other services we use
CallCatchr relies on other providers, such as phone, voice AI, calendar and payment services. Your use of a connected calendar is also covered by Google's or Microsoft's own terms. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on their side, but we'll do our best to work around them.
Your data
Your business information and your callers' details belong to you. You let us use them only to run the service for you. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Availability
We work hard to keep CallCatchr running all the time, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a provider outage. If the AI can't answer, calls may go to the phone's normal voicemail or ring out.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows: we provide the service "as is"; we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost jobs, lost profits or missed bookings; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or re-supplying the service.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using CallCatchr and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn't pay, or puts the service or others at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in your dashboard before it starts. If you keep using CallCatchr after that, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
