Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Every call starts with the AI saying it's an AI assistant for your business and that the call may be recorded. Most callers just want their problem sorted, and they appreciate getting a real answer instead of voicemail.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Keep your number and answer calls like you do now. You set up call forwarding so that only unanswered, busy or out-of-range calls go to the AI. We show you exactly how, with the codes for your phone.
Does it work with my phone company?
Conditional call forwarding works with most mobile and landline providers. Your provider may charge a small fee for forwarded calls depending on your plan, so it's worth checking.
What if it's an emergency?
If the caller says it's urgent, the AI texts you straight away with their details and tells them you'll call back as soon as possible, rather than booking them in next week.
Will it quote prices?
Only prices you've entered yourself, like a call-out fee. Otherwise it tells the caller your team will confirm the price. It never makes numbers up.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Each team member connects their own calendar, and the AI only books into free time within your business hours, with travel time between jobs.
What happens after the first month?
Your first month is half price with half the calls. On Starter that's $24.75 USD for up to 15 answered calls, then $49.50 USD/month for up to 30. We email you 3 days before your first full-price payment, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What if I run out of calls?
We warn you when you've used 80% of your calls. If you hit your limit, the AI stops answering and missed calls go to your normal voicemail, so you're never charged extra unless you choose to top up or upgrade.
Where is my data stored?
In a secure, encrypted database. Only your business can see your calls, recordings and customer details, and you choose how long recordings are kept.
